ParticipantAs long as he did not finnish with “it’s still a great time to buy”
I like to check local realtor’s sites. I’ve noticed quite a shift to reality as well among some. The smart ones know how stupid it looks to all the potential informed buyers. There is too much bad media out there…

ParticipantYeah, I’m sure it was a “get a good rate now before you are prices out forever” pitch. But the point is I hadn’t heard anything negative about loan rates at all on the radio before now. I’m not ready to assume any mortgage broker’s honesty upfront.

ParticipantNo, you’re not dreaming…I think. I get up at 5:45, listen to George Chamberlin, etc. and think I heard this ad in the last day or two. OT, but I’m SICK of the ads Hedgecock does about the Aragon condo complex. I claim La Mesa/Lake Murray/Del Cerro as my hood and that place ain’t nowhere “near the charming village of downtown La Mesa.”
