GuestCan you clarify South West Side of Mira Mesa with some street examples.
When I read the original post I immediately thought of the northeast corner of Mira Mesa Blvd and Camino Sante Fe where there is a neighborhood called “Summerset court” that has 3Bdr tract homes at about ~1500 sq ft, and a small HOA so that nothing gets too run down. Neighborhood seems to have improved in the last ten years, but overall, no huge changes for either the better or the worse.
Pricing is probably 35-40% off peak which was sometime in 2005-2007.
I do agree that the properties being listed are not the greatest.March 1, 2010 at 5:01 PM #520149Anonymous

ParticipantI normally divide MM into 4 quadrant. Camino Ruiz divides the east vs west and MM Blvd. divides the north vs south. Of course, there are sub areas as well, but that’s the general division.

ParticipantNot sure if that particular area has young families, but the larger general area must have a decent amount of young families. I frequent Camino Ruiz and Lopez Ridge park with my children, and unless the day is rainy or something of that sort, there are always other young kids around to play with.
