My problem with your website is format and presentation. You ‘sell’ Brookstone and ‘by the way’ we offer an MLS service. All realtor websites do that. On the other hand, SDlookup ‘sells’ an MLS service and ‘by the way’ we can help you find a home.
SDlookup is great at ‘viral marketing’ too. People post and email their listing links everywhere.
Also, SDlookup’s forums create quite a loyal audience. I check their forums everyday and I’m not in the market to buy a house.

Real estate is a brutally tough and competitive business. 80% of people dont survive the first year and 95% are gone within 5. If you want to build a business expect it to take at least 5 years before you see any real return on what you are doing today. You may get a few transactions here and there but to truly have a sustainable business takes time.
