    Pablo I don’t have time to look at the listing again but there is no subdividing the property. I believe each property has a seperate APN.

    Thanks SD Realtor. This place just happens to be an area where I would like to buy. I haven’t been looking religiously (because prices will continue to go down) but I noticed that this place is a bargain if it goes for $350k.

    Yep I understand… have patience… give it another year or two and you will see plenty of bargains… I cannot promise what the interest rates will be but the prices will be lower.
