GuestAh, that’s right. It’s a short sale – not bank owned. So the owner is anticipating that they will subdivide the property while they still own it. I think. Either way, it’s a nice place. I’ll be interested to find out what it finally sells for.

ParticipantBasically they want you to bid on the other one 1410 which is listed at 925k. I saw that and thought I’ll wait and see if they get a bidding war on it. But then again, I have only seen a handful of short sales go through. So then I thought I’ll just wait and see if the bank takes it. Maybe get a better deal.
Wonder if 1410 has any distress or soon to have it.

ParticipantPablo I don’t have time to look at the listing again but there is no subdividing the property. I believe each property has a seperate APN.
