Participant2929 Front sold for 691k, PPSF: $288. Looks like many places in 92103 are hoovering back to 2003 pricing.

ParticipantWhile this thread was started with a discussion on MH low-end trends its title could probably be changed to MH trends. I don’t believe that the mid and upper end of MH can avoid big declines across the board. Some good examples have already been posted. Many more to come IMHO. The same should hold true for the other more “elite” zips in SD. As jp said they are taking longer to fall, but fall they will.

ParticipantAll I can say is there were a few naysayers on SDL that scoffed at the idea of 92103 and 92106 declining in price and certainly not 30+%, particularly since there were so few NODs. And frankly, as I admit, with the demographics for those ZIPs, I’m surprised. Old money in both ZIPs and many physicians in 92103. I think there is more to come in that ZIP. There are some NODs that are unresolved.
Edit: Here’s one that’s been languishing and going back and forth between NODs and foreclosure dates being batted around. 2174 Guy. It’s not listed any more. Giving me time to get those 6 magical numbers so I can buy it 😉February 28, 2011 at 5:43 PM #672130jpinpb
