ParticipantYep, that was quick. I wanted to look inside with my realtor almost a week ago Being an REO (uninhabited), we didn’t call ahead, so we just swung by since were in the area and there wasn’t any lockbox. So we didn’t get to see the inside either.

ParticipantHmmm not sure where you got the 440k from. According to the listing agent it is in escrow as of today but they only got 1 offer and it was a cash offer at list price which was 399k. We will see what it closes for.

ParticipantWow 399k? 440k was only my guess. If the interior is nice I would have paid that much.
I wonder why the bank doesn’t wait for more offers? They could have gotten 30-40k more.
