Both have SIGNIFICANT road noise. Yes, the Trailbrush had a very nice BIG yard. So I think THAT made most of the price difference.

1. You are comparing a bank-owned home (Raven Ridge) to one that was sold by the owner (rather quickly, I may add).
2. That particular Trailbrush (which Scarlett and I saw) has a very large yard, unique because of the lot location. Do a Googlemaps and you’ll see.
3. As Scarlett said, both have road noise, but there is a difference between being almost on top of the road and being 50 feet away. I’d be curious to hear Emily’s opinions of road noise after being there for a month or two, as we’ve seen a lot of houses that back up to Calle CristoDragRace.
I actually wasn’t that impressed with the use of square feet in the Trailbrush house – felt more like 1550 than 1800+ to me.
