Found this complex while searching for a 1 bd/1ba unit accepting Section 8 voucher for son to arrive July 1.One landlord said on phone he will/has accept Voucher and has rent at 1035 per mon- the amount of 1 person voucher in San Diego (assume this amount correct by data found on web, not sure if actual voucher will be 1035 max until we have it in hand.)
Looking at another post here someone said codo’s as an investment close to Mirimar college seem like a good bet. This seems to fit that test.

Seems taxes are 800 and hoa is 205 per month. Seems 15 yr mortgage is 505 per mo. with 18k dn.
