I would say that within 7 years (in Socal at least) we will be back near peak price range and the next generation of household formation will be putting a lot of pressure on the existing supply of homes,
I know not a popular opinion on this board but one I think is the truth.
All just my opinion of course.

I would say that within 7 years (in Socal at least) we will be back near peak price range and the next generation of household formation will be putting a lot of pressure on the existing supply of homes,
I know not a popular opinion on this board but one I think is the truth.
All just my opinion of course.
