thanks guys, I appreciate you wading all the way through that long report!
In the report dated 8/31/08 (next one due at the end of February they show (I think)
1148 developable units (includes 225 multifamily)
949 developed parcels
689 permits pulled
430 units completed
407 sold, closed escrow.Yes Brian these numbers were reported 8/31/08.
Do you have reason to believe that they are different now?
