By my rough estimation, the guy is making about $10,000 an hour – assuming that he’s putting in the 2,000 hours per year that the average 9-5 joes do.

The guy has large staff and half of the billings went to the drug maker. The problem is supposedly that he did not use much more affordable drug that yields the same result. Also the billings are tied to the cost of the drug.
