Animal cruely is disgusting. I’d like to put this guy and Michael Vick in a dog pit and the one that comes out alive gets prison for life.

May 28, 2007 at 9:06 PM #55298PerryChaseParticipantAnimal cruelty is a criminal offense.
But is it legal to destroy your house, if you feel like it (at least before the foreclosure)? Perhaps one needs a permit for that.
The prosecution will most likely get him on charges of animal cruelty.

May 29, 2007 at 8:19 AM #55347Cow_tippingParticipantIts not animal cruelty … how is them sitting in an AC house with carpeting and hardwood floors cruelty. OK if they weren’t fed … OK fine. Or they were trapped more than they will ahve been in an outside sty OK its cruelty.
Now for the house itself, I doubt he will get charged at all, he may just say, that’s how he lives normally, and foreclosure or no foreclosure, he keeps his pigs in the house. I know of dogs trashing a 400K house … if it wasn’t trashed it would have been a 800K house. Is that a crime ??? I’d say no. Too bad they sold it to a pig farmer without income verification or documentation about his employment and life.
BTW isn’t the pig the mascot of the central CA valley ???
Cool.

The front porch supporting beam was ripped out and other concrete damage that pigs can’t do. He’s going to be slapped with the short sale difference, so it’s really himself he screwed but I guess he felt he had nothing to lose.

Cool.
