    I noticed that the stimulus bill has $2 billion allocated to “Make full-year payments to owners receiving Section 8 housing vouchers”.

    Does anyone know exactly what that means or where I could get more details? My guess is that property owners who rent to Section 8 tenants will get an entire years worth of rent paid all at once.

    Any ideas?
