Lowest price chronometer thread — how low can it go

I thought I’d start a thread to track the lowest price 3 br, detatched house in various areas of San Diego that interest me starting today 6/13. Let me know if you want to add a zip code. I’ll update weekly or so. I’ll also be using the low number on those stupid value ranges because it amuses me that Realtors still think that game will work in the coming market.

This one is a little tricky because of all the seniors only housing (anything with Oaks in the subdivision for example), and one area that is nothing but trailers set on foundations. (Vista Montana)
