    Please help. I am looking at buying a 2br condo for around $250k in the Clairmont, UTC, Central San Diego, etc. locations. I am flexible on location (just want to be close to work at the 8 and 805 intersection). I noticed a property in Clairmont called Balboa Ridge Condos that peaked my interest. Does anyone have any advice regarding great condos in these areas? I will need to rent out the other room, so I want a desirable location that I will be able to easily rent. I appreciate all help.

    There’s plenty of condos in the UTC area that fit your criteria. Renting out a room there is not a problem due to its proximity to UCSD as long as you don’t mind living with students.

    I think you’ll need to give some more details if you want more specific answers.

    There’s plenty of condos in the UTC area that fit your criteria. Renting out a room there is not a problem due to its proximity to UCSD as long as you don’t mind living with students.
