I like La Jolla, but jeezus, almost $800/sq ft for that thing? I’d rather live in the cool modern place up in the hills of La Costa (from a recent thread) with the amazing view at less than half of that on a price per sq ft basis. I know it’s not the point of the thread… but I’m just sayin’.

May 18, 2009 at 10:45 AM #401429AnonymousGuestHi XBoxBoy,
We believe Sandicor implemented some changes in the last week or two that increased the number of these “agent only” listings that can’t be displayed on sites like Redfin or SDLookup. Before posting anything more we’re digging into it a bit deeper. When we hear something I’ll let you know.

What’s different about Trulia is that they get listings directly from the agent or brokerage and aren’t bound by MLS regulations like MLS powered sites are. Unfortunately in this case the MLS doesn’t allow us to show listings that are marked agent only.
