Linda Vista condo below 2002 prices

I’ve been keeping an eye on this particular complex. I’ve visited there many times in the early ’90’s:

I could easily put $20k into this unit to make it livable. This complex has the factors I require such as large balconies/patios which allow bbq’s, attached garages, and low HOA fees. It’s very well maintained. There’s a nicer 2/2 in the same complex listed as a short sale here:

This one is obviously nicer and bigger. The 2 car garage is a major selling point. Maybe it will end up being bank owned.

Being an admitted uber-bear, those still look over-priced. Some other units were selling in the $150K+ range in the late 90s, and I think we’ll see that again for condos.

Not sure what your situation is, but if you plan on living there “for life” the stairs might be an issue. Then you have the HOA issues…
