Fractional ownership. When you can’t find a sucker to pay $970k, try to find 10 suckers to pay $97k.
“Your ownership in the Corporation entitles you to Approx. 4 weeks per year including at least 1 full week of home games during Baseball season. Lottery & rotation schedule to be used for playoffs, special events, off season, etc. Ability to resell your interest after a 1 year restriction. Opportunity offers lower risk, higher reward with lower carrying cost per owner. It also means no renters or time sharing concerns in terms or damages, usage, evictions, etc.”

January 14, 2008 at 9:42 PM #136144I would rather be lucky then smartParticipant“Lottery & rotation schedule to be used for playoffs, special events, off season, etc”
If you win the lottery you get the opportunity to see a ball game from the worst possible seats on the planet (to see a ball game).
I think I would cough up a couple of hundred or so bucks to a scalper and sit behind home plate where the attendants bring you free beer non stop.
