AFTER LIVING AT REGENTS LA JOLLA FOR 10 YEARS, MY APT HAS BEEN BURGLARIZED AND CAR VANDALIZED.. THEY DID SHIT TO ASSIST OR ACCOMMODATE ME!!!!!!! THEY SUCK BIG TIME….. THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT HUMAN.THEIR LICENCES SHOULD BE REVOKED.

If you are looking for cash flow then you may want to look around in more modest areas. Cash flowing in San Diego is hard enough but cash flowing in areas like UTC is brutal without a larger downpayment.

Would “Verano” qualify as a modest area and how are those condos as an investment?
