July 7, 2009 at 1:21 PM #426411chrispParticipantInfo on Renaissance Units, Specifically Avanti?
We are interested in a starter home in the renaissance part of UTC. Anyone have an insight on the value for units in that part of University City?
I know there are a number of short sales and foreclosures available in the Avanti complex. What does anyone know about the value there? How is the HOA in Avanti doing?
We’d prefer a 3 bedroom with around 2000K square feet.Thanks,
