At the peak Corte Limon could have gone as high as 950K. I think it will sell for 825K+ when all is said and done this year. Next year you might see 750K. Of course this is all just my opinion which is worth what you just paid for it.

What are your thoughts on Sante Fe Trails, specifically the listings on Camino Corte? It looks to me like they are still priced at peak. I like that area enough to wait it out for 2-3 years…is $800K realistic?

Roll forward a few years and ECC is now regularly besting OPE on the standardized tests. Low and behold, LCV had the price premium. Now it seems like SFT is trying to get their premium back.
Personally I love the ability for kids to walk to all schools that SFT has. I like the community feel, amenities, location and homes better in LCV. In the long run, both communities should have very similar pricing. To quote Gary Watts, your desired pricing level is “in the bag”!
