I absolutely agree. The investor needs to be hands-on. I’m only looking at places I want to visit frequently or where I have good friends and relatives who can help me out.

I absolutely agree. The investor needs to be hands-on. I’m only looking at places I want to visit frequently or where I have good friends and relatives who can help me out.
