The Judge was pissed that everytime he asked for something
from the court, he got the run around.now maybe he exceeded the basis of sanction, but
i he could easily have ordered “Dismissal of all interest and
penalties, stay of foreclosure, and give the couple 90 days
to seek new financing.”vacating the principal strikes me as extreme.
Perhaps he could apply all payments made since 2004,
and depending, that may have been enough there.the NY Post as usual is long on Drama, short on facts.
