Is renting for Losers?

You know…It’s just kinda funny, but what little we know about NSD, it just fits the following mold of an FB

1)Originally “owner” (..Maybe he overleveraged and got his ass kicked)

2)Became landlord (But maybe did so with a negative cash flow)

3)Bought a BMW 7 series (Maybe leased, and maybe did so after he stopped paying for his mortgage(s))

4)Now a renter (after getting foreclosed).
But still talks in the past tense during the hay-day (hey, I was once a rockstar….. I was once a landlord…)

Just thought it was kinda funny… The only thing I cant figure out is “pitball” to me means “drug dealer”.

Good one Rich, I felt the same way (time warp). Guys, I think he is bored. Everyone who rents has a different reason for renting. I moved back home for awhile until I could save enough for a house again. To some people that would be a loser move, but it worked out for me and it gave me a chance to be with my parents, which was kind of a hoot.
