    This owner bought the property for $955,900 in Jan 2007. After a beautiful decoration work, they are willing to give it to you for only $929,000. The shots and videos are beautiful. The only problem I can tell is that it is quite small, only 2,389sf, for a near-million dollar house. Here’s the link:

    This house is a going to be a problem.

    $929 for a 3/3 is a rip off, even in CV. And you have to consider a good portion of people that want a SFH has kids.

    For $900K, I’d rather have two 1500 sq. ft. houses in Clairemont, each on their own 7,000 sq. ft. lot.
