I personally would vote against any increase in taxes. No way, Jose.
The City of San Diego needs to file for bankruptcy and take back all the illegal pension benefits.

And to be honest, I’m actually getting tired of maneuvering around all the new construction on campus. I think a few years of zero growth would do us a spot of good.
At the state/muni level, I think just cutting down on the graft/corruption would balance the budget right out. This may be impossible, of course.
