dz – right. Everyone chooses the ZIPs they want to live in generally b/c they think that’s the best place to be. People in Seattle rave abouth that being the best city in the US and argue that everyone wants to live there. I wouldn’t live there if someone paid me.
There’s a guy on SDL that goes on and on about Hillcrest being the best place to live in San Diego. You couldn’t get me to live in NCC on a best. Sorry CAR and sdr. I lived in Carmel Valley before they completely tore it up and developed it beyond recognition. The traffic was horrible just to get to CV.
But to each his own. Maybe NCC will be the only part in this nation that does not suffer any declines after the bubble.

February 18, 2011 at 9:20 AM #667913edna_modeParticipantjpinb, would you be willing to share pointers of how to track NODs so that some of us can supplement your role of posting them? I for one would be honoured to carry on your tradition…

As far as the coast seeing some distress, I will add another property. JTR had is on his blog. 633 Rushville LP 659k. I’m thinking it’ll bid higher. In any case, no such list prices a year or two ago.
