We already have special “rent-a-cops” that can open up a house whenever a buyer wanted to look at a house. The buyer doesnt even have to pay them to see the house. You know them as RE agents;)September 7, 2010 at 5:14 PM #601894sdrealtor

Of course the technology is out there to do it. I elect you to take it on. Now who is going to pay for creating this system that will operate on a vastly smaller budget than the current unprofitable one?September 7, 2010 at 5:16 PM #601899sdrealtor

You know them as RE agents;)[/quote]Yes, but with the hourly “rent-a-cops” we aren’t obligated to use them to “represent” us when we make an offer on the house (and we might be able to save ourselves a portion of that 2.5%-3% commission!).
