    I agree. It sure stands out now, but Poway is not done depreciating yet.

    figure 10K to fix up the lawn.

    figure 70K to finish out.

    it’s way overpriced even for perfect finish.

    80k for installation, new double pain windows, new kitchen, and AC
    15k to finish pool,
    10k lawn if you do yourself
    15k flooring do it yourself,
    10k misl.

    WAY not worth 550k. 375 should be it’s 2002 price. Offer that.
