From what my realtor told me, (we thought about going for it) this property is still over priced. If you can get them to come off another 5 to 7% I would be a fair price. This is mainly due to the pool. Apparently the pool needs a ton of work.

I'm assuming that if you have a half completed pool, and if you don't want it, it's not as simply is finding a  bunch of people to fill it up with dirt.  That's why I said ugh…Seems like it would be a huge expense to  either finish it or take it out.
