Well gee how many men here fit that category? C’mon, what a double standard.
There are also degrees of working like part time, job sharing, and full time telecommuting. I’m a programmer and work entirely from home (which if I couldn’t I’d be a stay-at-home mom) and I’m allowed to check out piggington while I’m waiting for files to transfer or need a break from trying to figure a bug out! π

There are also degrees of working like part time, job sharing, and full time telecommuting. I’m a programmer and work entirely from home (which if I couldn’t I’d be a stay-at-home mom) and I’m allowed to check out piggington while I’m waiting for files to transfer or need a break from trying to figure a bug out! π

[/quote]I am just saying that the numbers don’t reflect less interest in news etc then men as some might infer. One factor is that women with kids have a fun time job just helping them with homework etc. Throw a full time career on top of that and women don’t have as much time as men do to spend on the Internet goofing off.
My guess it that of the 20% who are women who post on these sites on a regular basis only 20% have young kids.
