Stunningly awesome in its simplicity. Who was the guy who made that assertion?

I forget who it was, but it’s someone who pops in from time to time to remind us about the fireproof status. He also goes off on a rant about how we are all a bunch of libs, though in my case, it’s not even close. Apparently criticizing his statements makes you a lib….

February 13, 2009 at 1:02 PM #345951fromnjParticipantI just heard that Maybeck sold out most lots for the current phase after lowering the sale price in two weeks. As some realtor said before, it seems that 600K-700K for new homes from the builder might be enticing price point for 4S ranch lovers. It might be due to current low inventory in resale.
Does anyone know 2000 – 2002 price range at 4S ranch?
Is it safe to think it is around 450K – 550K?February 13, 2009 at 1:02 PM #346271fromnjParticipantI just heard that Maybeck sold out most lots for the current phase after lowering the sale price in two weeks. You from Joizy? I’m from Joizy. What exit? There was no 4S in 2000. Also its impossible to state a price for anything with that kind of range. early 2000 is different than late 2000 than early 2001 than late 2001………..
