ParticipantI just heard that Maybeck sold out most lots for the current phase after lowering the sale price in two weeks. As some realtor said before, it seems that 600K-700K for new homes from the builder might be enticing price point for 4S ranch lovers. It might be due to current low inventory in resale.
Does anyone know 2000 – 2002 price range at 4S ranch?

You from Joizy? I’m from Joizy. What exit?There was no 4S in 2000. Also its impossible to state a price for anything with that kind of range. early 2000 is different than late 2000 than early 2001 than late 2001………..
