I searched for the article on that site but didn’t find it. Maybe the CFC hornswoggled them into removing it.
Either way, I think we’ve heard the story: buyer wants lowest monthly payment, doesn’t read fine print, maxes out mortgage payment w/ teaser rate, rate resets, buyer cries.
I look forward to the day when American’s will stop feigning idiocy and take responsibilities for their own actions.
There is a fine line… a broker/realtor knowingly guiding an ignorant person to their financial ruin at there own benefit is not defensable-
from an ethical standpoint.
From a cannibal standpoint I guess YOU would say- pass the tenderizer and that hot sauce this meat is tough.
