I wouldn’t think that is a good sign for a strong spring/summer selling season. Are we gunna see another huge drop by year’s end? Or has the government got something else up it’s sleeve?

Well said. Couldn’t agree it more. As long as the job market is still struggling, the real estate market can’t hold strong and it will finally run out of steam.
