(Help need please) – anything wrong with Meadow Creek in Poway

A long time reader (probably several years), always found it interesting and informative …

Anyway, a few houses were posted for sale and then pulled off market around Meadow Creek Lane in Poway.

Does anybody know if there is anything wrong with the area? Seems like there is a big open space that might be used for some construction.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Seem like you have 4 relatively higher end homes on large lots in the middle of lower end neighbors. Not sure if that’s a good mix.
