I kind of doubt Bugs would come on here with Bull postings even with the recent developments.
Bugs was not an irrational bear either, somewhat middle of the road at least by the standards from those days…. but I don’t think he’d be on here calling bottom.
I think I recall Bugs being more on the very bearish side, but he wasn’t very strident at all. I remember him saying quite a while back that he wouldn’t be surprised if prices fell 50% from the peak on the residential side. And he’ll be right soon enough, so that’s something.
