    he always had a different point of view of things because of his work in the field, so it was cool to see everyone chime in on changes in the market

    Ok maybe overstated…still sore that people would actually defend institutions buying real estate and the prices not being posted on MLS. ie http://piggington.com/who039s_getting_the_really_good_prices

    I kind of doubt Bugs would come on here with Bull postings even with the recent developments.

    Bugs was not an irrational bear either, somewhat middle of the road at least by the standards from those days…. but I don’t think he’d be on here calling bottom.
