ParticipantI just dont see that huge an impact. Getting any loan is tough these days and the jumbos are back. If you can qualify for a $697500 super conforming loan you most likely will have no problem qualifying for a jumbo loan in the same amount. The monthly payments wont be that different. I know its something the permabears would love to hang their collective hats on but they’ve lost the war already. Jumbo financing is back.
