ParticipantEither way, it’s too goofy to worry about IMO.Not that I don’t believe in your concerns. I just don’t think this monument gives much credence to them.Ciudad Juarez scares me. These statues not so much. Hell if I made them the county would make me tear them down for not having a permit. This scares me too.

In 1974, the government released a study (NSSM 200) that concluded the world population needed to be decreased drastically for humans to survive after peak oil without dire consequences. This was followed by the Carter administration’s Global 2000 document that said an immediate goal of less than 2 billion worldwide is necessary. Others suggest a world of no more than 500 million is more realistic.http://peakoil.com/printout3276.html
The government has been long aware of oil depletion, Peak Oil and the problems brought on by overpopulation. A secret report done for defense secretary Zbigniew Brzezinski in 1977, concluded that Earth’s population needed to be about 400-500 million by Peak Oil to ensure a “continued, comfortable standard of living.”Guide Stones were erected in 1980
