My favorite line is, “I can only work with you if you or someone you know have an average credit score of at least 680.” (emphasis added)
Also, while this seller claims to have access to zero-down loan programs, the pictures indicate that he doesn’t have access to a housekeeper. Is it really too much trouble to move the fast-food cup off the kitchen counter before you snap the photo? Or move the shirt that’s hanging on the lamp in the bedroom?
I’d categorize this one as FSBI — for sale by idiot.
The fact this was posted on craig’s list should tell you enough right there.
Also of intersting note, is that public records shows this house to be only 1,057 SF of GLA and this is alos the GLA indicated in the prior MLS. Looks like seller is including the 200 Sq.Ft. enclosed patio described in the precious MLS listing which was then being used as the 3rd bedroom. NICE!!(Previous MLS listing did not include this in GLA).
House looks like a pile for anywhere near that price… yuck!
Careful Scotia… Here in the blogosphere, and Professor Pigginton’s site is no exception, we routinely disregard grammar and spelling rules, just like the FSBO posters do.
Some believe that “alot” and “prolly” are actual words. Others can’t see that “its” and “it’s” are not the same, not to mention “principle” and “principal,” “effect” and “affect,” to name only a few. Heck, we can’t even spell “grammatically”!
Peace.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone – but I still get a kick out of this marketing approach.
I say GOOD LUCK!
All caps, why are you shouting, “good luck,” at us?
