ParticipantHere’s my graph of Innovest’s foreclosure statistics. The trend paints an ugly fall portrait.

ParticipantExcellent presentation nsr… You can also make a projection of REOs by taking say …35% of the NODs or something like that.

ParticipantIt’s a good thing incomes are going to double next year, otherwise this foreclosure thing might actually lower house prices.
/sarcasm.

ParticipantI took the data from the Innovest site. If you add the projected 926 foreclosures they say we’re tracking to, it falls slightly above the exponential trend line.
The 35% rough, but I wanted to see the lag. Since today NODs won’t become a foreclosure for 120 days. In essence, July’s NOTs where April’s NODs. Which has been steadily climbing.

ParticipantGotcha –
It will be interesting to see how long the trend line stays exponential. I am still bummed about the locales of the homes… For instance at the REDC auction just about every home was in a POS area…not really what I want. I do see a few of them in nicer areas and I think it was you or 4plex who posted the 92037 foreclosures as well…
They are coming….
