    I’m on the zero sympathy side of this.

    Well, okay, I do, generally, feel badly about folks who are stupid and/or foolish — up to the point where they steal from others rather than accept the shame that comes with asking for charity.

    I can’t stand free loading dead beats. Financially they were a mess. I find it hard to hate them too much since they were foster parents and adopted a few children. They also put on a show for the neighborhood. Thanks to OC Renter- check out this link

    Sorry, but I can’t help think how many of those refinances were used to pay for some of those bling…

    Also as a matter of safety it is never a bad idea to rekey all of the locks if you do buy a foreclosed home.
