    “Three out of four students graduate countywide…Poway Unified had the highest graduation rate in the county among high school and unified districts at 95 percent, a ranking it has held for at least the last four years. But district officials are still focused on whittling down the number of students who drop out of school, said Eric Lehew, who oversees testing for the Poway district…

    …The four other districts with graduation rates topping 90 percent were Carlsbad Unified (92.4 percent); Coronado Unified (92.7 percent); San Dieguito Union (94.4 percent) and Valley Center-Pauma Unified (90.6 percent.)…

    …The San Diego Unified School District earned a 74.9 percent graduation rate.”

    it is almost inversely proportional! As spending per student goes up, the graduation rate decrease!
