Me too. My girlfriend and I are planning to buy a house together. I had previously written off the grants because we made too much money together to get the grant, but not enough individually to qualify for a home loan. It dawned on me all of the sudden that the home prices will likely get down to where I can qualify on my own income, and we could take advantage of the programs.
