    This is totally outrageous!

    Thanks to our Congress the banks FDIC insurance money will be used to modify toxic loans!

    Make sure you vote accordingly! We should stop this!

    Admitted I only glanced at this but I think it said the money was coming from the bail out funds, and that the FDIC would be managing the scheme. So I don’t think this is FDIC insurance funds being used.
