At $1.22M they paid a 2001/2002 price.
See, I knew it would happen for my coastal sd brothers and sisters, and we aren’t even in winter yet. First, a couple of popcorn kernals pop, next thing you know it’s going off. Between now and February, we will hit bottom in NCC, it took some time but the signs are there, the spring rally was long but it will slow down, bargains to be had this winter, might even get a little of that shadow stuff (aka bigfoot), but by this time next year, either the economy turns around or inflation shows up. I’ll reference this post in a year when 2001 prices will look like March 09 stock prices. Don’t get too greedy piggies, 2001 pricing was always the goal (eternal props to oc renter) and just like r/e doesn’t go up forever, the reverse is true.
