Thats the former model we were talking about above. Its a big house but had funky upgrades and will require a decent amount to make nice. Its a busy location and I’d want to be on Lynwood even though this one is on the golf course. The former owner was an investor that bought the models and rented them out. Once the price is right there are plenty of million dollar buyers in Encinitas.
