Dolcetto in La Costa Ridge final build-out

Does anyone know about the builder that is finishing out the Dolcetto tract in La Costa Ridge? It was first started by KB, but i guess they walked away from it in the middle.
I stopped by after seeing an ad in the New Homes Directory on line. I was blown away by there pricing!! It seemed to good to be true. They don’t have models, so buying would have to be done on imagination. Plus, not knowing who the builder is makes me a litle hesitant. Any insight would be a big help.

It’s a neighborhood of large homes being built by a company which calls itself “City Ventures.” A couple months ago, I saw a 4200 square foot home in the 600s and posted about it and ended up selling one of them. I’m hoping to bring a buyer for a second home in there when my clients return to CA next week. I checked them out and apparently it’s a group of folks who got together from other builders and started buying up land which other builders had to let go. I don’t know if this is all they do, or if they start their own projects too. I’ve walked their construction site and met their construction superintendent. If I can help, give me a ring and I can get you a current price sheet.

Just found this blog. I am living this community. As I knew, City Ventures bought all lots and plans from KB and currently they are sell these models. KB homes in this community actually are well constructed with high qualities and decent plans comparing other homes built in this community. Let me know if you have any questions.
