I also have an ex-H that “has everything” and in the past has proven to be “litigation-happy.” Every other month or so, he expresses a desire to “`rehash’ things again.” I always tell him the same thing, “You know I’m in the business of accepting `service of process.’ You know where to find me.” I’ve been “waiting for papers” for a few years now and so far, nothing’s turned up – LOL!
